Manta Ray Dive

Liveaboard Diving, Maldives Diving

February 17, 2011

The manta ray survival status is not known because so little research has been done about them, but it is known that the numbers in Japan, the Philippines and Mexico where they have been hunted severely are extremely low and they are rarely seen by scuba divers on a manta ray dive.
The life of the manta ray in maldives vacations cheap is a very peaceful affair, and their hunting style is no exception.
As filter feeders, all the manta ray has to do is simply glide through the water, allowing food – mainly plankton, fish larvae and tiny fish – to enter his grill and filter out through his gills.

November Maldives Weather

Maldives weather November is the onset of the dry season, which for the majority of tourists is the best time to visit the Maldives. It is during this time that travellers will experience calm sunny days, coupled with relaxing warm nights.
As Maldives scuba weather forecast demonstrates, the average air temperature throughout the course of the month is 27 degrees. Humidity floating around 80% is another reason the environment remains so blissfully balmy, while not too sticky to enjoy the tropical surroundings.
Maldives November weather can bring up to 201 mm of rainfall, but that doesn’t detract from any holiday activities you may want to enjoy, like liveaboard cruises, or scuba diving trips. In fact some say that November is the best month to go on such cruises, due to the transition from the rainy season to the dry season.
For the weather in Maldives today you can view our page with the actual live weather from Male, Maldives right now. Similarly we have a detailed page of weather data for each and every month of the year, so you can plan your perfect holiday to one of the greatest vacation destinations around!
